Malcolm D. Paul, M.D., FACS received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Maryland. He had General Surgery training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and General and Plastic Surgery training at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Past-president and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Past-president of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He has served as Trustee and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also served as National Secretary representing the United States for The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He also served as Chief Medical Officer for Angiotech Pharm, Inc.

Currently, he holds the title of Clinical Professor of Surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery at The University of California, Irvine where he also received the award as Volunteer Faculty of the Year in the Department of Plastic Surgery. He also served as Co-director of the Residency training program in Cosmetic Surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine, and directed the Cosmetic Surgery rotation at The Newport Beach Surgery Center.

He has written numerous articles and book chapters in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, has been a Traveling Professor for The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and has been a guest lecturer and guest surgeon in numerous countries. His areas of interest are in facial aesthetic plastic surgery as well as aesthetic breast surgery and body contouring procedures. Dr. Kuldeep Singh is a fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon dedicated to combining surgical precision with artistry to deliver natural, personalized results. Dr. Singh completed his integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he trained alongside internationally recognized leaders in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Following residency, he pursued advanced fellowship training in aesthetic surgery at The Plastic Surgery Center in Sacramento, California, where he refined his expertise in facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and body contouring.

Committed to continual growth and innovation, Dr. Singh completed an International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) fellowship at the Istanbul Academy of Plastic Surgery in Turkey, expanding his experience with advanced aesthetic techniques from internationally renowned surgeons. He subsequently completed an additional Craniofacial Fellowship focused on advanced facial surgery, including facelift, rhinoplasty, facial skeletal procedures, and gender-affirming facial surgery. His training across North America and Europe has provided him with a broad perspective and exposure to diverse surgical philosophies, allowing him to tailor each procedure to the individual patient.

Throughout his training, Dr. Singh had the privilege of learning from many of the world’s most respected plastic surgeons. These experiences shaped his meticulous attention to detail, thoughtful surgical planning, and commitment to achieving refined, natural-looking results.

Dr. Singh specializes in a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, with particular interests in facial rejuvenation, facelift surgery, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), rhinoplasty, facial fat grafting, hair restoration, breast surgery, body contouring, lipedema surgery, and gender-affirming facial and body procedures.
